VGK, KRDV and Sakhlin government sign agreement for construction of wind farm

The Eastern Mining Company, the Corporation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic, and the government of the Sakhalin Region have signed an agreement for the construction of a wind farm in the Sakhalin Region.
